Established in 1963 under the aegis of the BMS Educational Trust, BMS College of Law is a private college. The college is located in Basavanagudi, Bengaluru. It is affiliated to Karnataka State Law University (KSLU), Hubli and is approved by Bar Council of India (BCI), New Delhi.

BMS College of Law offers undergraduate and integrated courses in Law such as BCom LLB, BA LLB, LLB and BBA LLB. Admission to all the integrated programmes is based on entrance-exam conducted by the college named BMSCLAT.

The Training and Placement Cell of BMS College of Law assists students in obtaining timely allotment for mandatory internships in leading NGOs, Corporate and Law firms.
